Closing the Gap

If we just look at Colorado, by 2018, the state will experience a shortage of 57,000 S&E professionals. This gap will continue to grow over the next 10 years.

One might say, the gap is too wide and the timeframe is too short to find a suitable solution. In fact, See The Change USA’s approach addresses the gap not only on a city and state level, but also on a national level as well.

Starting with the students of Colorado Springs, CO and introducing physics to middle schools in this region, we will have introduced 25,000 students to physics within the next four years and 180,000 students across the state of Colorado within 10 years. We will also be implementing parallel tracks across the nation.
